Digital Product Refund Policy

Because downloadable digital products can be copied and retained once access is provided, purchases of Digital Products are generally final once the product has been made available for download.

If a purchased file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact King Patent Law, PLLC at info@kingpatentlaw.com. We will provide a corrected or replacement copy where appropriate.

Refunds will also be provided where required by applicable law or where King Patent Law, PLLC elects to provide a refund or credit.

This Refund Policy applies to Digital Products purchased through the King Patent Law online store. It does not govern attorney consultations or legal services, which are governed by the applicable consultation or engagement agreement and applicable professional obligations.
