Secure Your Brand in Just One Day: Trademark Application Service for Busy Business Owners
As a small business owner, your brand is everything. But in the hustle and bustle of running your business, finding the time to navigate the trademark application process can be challenging. That’s where we come in.
Introducing our One-Day Trademark Application Service!
Have your trademark application completed, from the strategy session to the submission of the application, in one day. We need just a few hours of your time, and we handle the rest.
1. Comprehensive Consultation:
We’ll kick off the day with a thorough consultation to understand your brand and ensure all necessary details are covered.
2. Thorough Trademark Search and Analysis:
I will conduct a comprehensive manual and AI-assisted trademark search of the USPTO trademark database, public business registration records, social media, and internet use to make sure your brand name is unique and available, reducing the risk of future conflicts. If I find a potential problem, we’ll discuss options.
3. Full Application Preparation:
I’ll handle all the paperwork and will help you gather all the examples of use we need to submit with the application.
4. Same-Day Submission:
Time is of the essence. I’ll submit your trademark application by the end of the day, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to focus on your business.
You do not have to set aside your entire day!
That’s it!
1. Preliminary Questionnaire:
I will send you a questionnaire that asks you important questions about what you want to register. I will review your answers before our first meeting of the day.
2. Strategy Session:
We meet via video or phone to discuss your application(s). I will ask you additional questions to ensure we are doing what’s best for your business and know we will have everything we need to file.
3. Search and Analysis:
I’ll do the thorough search and analysis, then we have another call or video meeting to discuss the results and make any necessary adjustments.
4. Application:
I complete the application, including attaching any examples of use of the trademark if necessary, and then I email it to you for review and signature.
5. Submission:
Once you’ve signed the application, I submit it along with the application fees and give you confirmation of filing.
While we can get your application filed in one day, we can’t make the government work faster.
Currently, it is taking the United States Patent and Trademark Office 8 to 10 months to look at an application and decide whether to grant registration or refuse it. If they refuse it, or if someone contests it, additional months or even years can be added to the process.
The good part is that once your application is filed, anyone filing an application later will have their application rejected if their mark is too similar to yours for the same or similar goods/services unless they can prove they used it first.
$5,000 per trademark, plus USPTO filing fees of $350 per category of goods/services.
Limit of 2 trademarks per 1-day session.
No good trademark lawyer will promise an application will be successful.
I will do my best to submit an application that is likely to be approved, but examiners are human and therefore unpredictable, and they may find unexpected reasons for refusal. What one examiner finds acceptable, another may find unacceptable.
If during or before our sessions I find any issues I think will make success unlikely, I will discuss those with you and work with you to determine what the best action to take will be.
Don’t wait until it’s too late. Secure your place in the trademark application system.
Book your 1-Day Trademark Application session now and know you’re taking the right step toward protecting your business.
