Not much remains static for a business. We can assist you with the many changes your business may need to make over time.

You may be selling or purchasing all or part of an existing business, changing from a sole proprietorship to an LLC or from a partnership to a corporation, changing from a single-person entity to a multiple-person entity, rebranding, or wanting to operate an existing business in a different or additional state.

We advise you about making changes and inform you about all the necessary steps to take. We can handle the paperwork to make those changes happen smoothly.

Fees

We work using flat rates. You will know up front what the total cost will be for the services most appropriate for you, barring unforeseen circumstances.

Common starting fees are listed in the downloadable dee schedules. Additional attorney and state/federal filing fees may apply to these listed fees. Other fees available upon request.

Please note we do not review sample / template documents purchased or downloaded online from other sources. They often need substantial changes, and we have found it is more cost-effective for our clients for us to draft the necessary document entirely. “Review” means review of a proposed agreement offered by the other party.
